Huge job growth is still driving the D-FW real estate market into 2018. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Dallas is one of the leading cities in the U.S. for fastest growing employment. As of the end of March, 100,00 jobs have been gained due to the economic boom. With this being said, it has created annual jobs that have led for more construction and buildings.
