As Candace Carlisle reports in the DBJ, a recent land purchase by the Good Latimer Expressway is being planned for 340 urban-style home apartments, which only increases the overall apartment growth Dallas has seen this year. The article also suggests that this new development seems to be partly due to the $64 million renovation of the Dallas Farmers Market. This area is hot and seems to be taking off.
