Get to Know Me

Buying or selling a home is an intimate process, so a personal connection with the person guiding and advising you through the process is paramount. This is why Katie has been named top REALTOR® in 9 out of the last 10 years. She creates an instant connection with people and forges relationships that often evolve into friendships after closing. This is why so many of her clients often buy and sell 3, 4, 5, or more homes with her! Her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals, and repeat business are what form the foundation of her career.

Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivates her most. Naturally, Katie loves the subject of architecture, especially the designs of mid-century modern icon Frank Lloyd Wright. Raised in Nebraska, she is a graduate of The University of Nebraska with a BS in Sociology. Shortly after graduation, she got the opportunity to live in many influential cities such as Tokyo, San Francisco, New York, and has been a resident of Dallas for the past 10 years. Through these experiences, she not only familiarized herself with Cultural awareness but gained knowledge of different architectural styles and a love for real estate.

Katie knows everything there is to know about locations, neighborhoods, market, resale value, pricing, schools, building requirements, and zoning- not to mention every possible attraction to entertain you and your family. Katie attributes her success to her vast marketing and advertising strategies, market knowledge, strategic staging, broad network, around-the-clock accessibility, and true love for helping people.

She is sought out by many developers to sell multi-unit projects. Many developers and clients contact Katie before the construction or sale of their projects to take advantage of her extensive track record of success to ensure the design will appeal to the right buyers. Her sellers often list at the top of the market and rarely adjust the price. Being connected to Dallas’ top REALTORS®, she has access to properties before they come on the market. “My goal is to create more inventory for my Buyers by showing them houses on and off-market.”

In her spare time, Katie enjoys playing tennis, hanging out with her closest friends, tasting natural wine, and spending time with her partner Jeff and beautiful 3-year-old daughter Zuri.
