Early on in his career, Jeff came up the ranks in telecom by being a consistent, top-rated business development/sales professional who thought out of the box and opened up untapped verticals to his company’s portfolio, increasing sales and market share. Though he enjoyed a successful career in the telecom space, Jeff was always an entrepreneur at heart and yearned for something more fulfilling. After 10 years in telecom, Jeff transitioned into the real estate space. Over the last 15+ years, Jeff has established himself as a savvy, award-winning real estate professional with transactional experience ranging from residential to commercial properties. Jeff has held numerous real estate leadership roles, ranging from Sales Management, Vice President of Sales, VP of Operations, and Managing Partner of multiple real estate brokerages, leading sales teams up to 50 people and generating hundreds of millions in sales over the course of his career.

Some key factors to Jeff’s enduring success have been lessons learned from his successes and failures as a real estate entrepreneur and a lifelong study of business, marketing, and self-development. Over the years, Jeff has read a vast number of books, attended countless trainings, and has had the privilege of being guided by outstanding mentors and coaches. Jeff believes giving back to the community is an integral and conscious part of being a good human. As such, Jeff is a passionate advocate for at-risk children and has also volunteered countless hours of mentoring and coaching aspiring entrepreneurs and students in the transformation education space. Jeff has also held numerous executive board and chairperson roles and currently serves on the Dallas Regional Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters, where he helps raise money, lead key fundraising events, and recruit top talent to the board. Jeff is also a co-founder of Conscious Coalition, a non-profit organization that aims to provide clean water resources and peacebuilding initiatives in global communities where social injustices run rampant.

Aside from a long career in sales and business development, Jeff’s passion for creative arts runs deep! From being raised by an artist’s mother to studying arts in college and a lifelong pursuit of musical studies ranging from being a saxophone player to a DJ, Record Producer, Event Producer, and Record Label Owner, Jeff is no stranger to the entertainment space. As a DJ of 20+ years, you likely have seen Jeff playing at one of the premier social events in the city. Jeff has had the privilege of DJing all around the world, at the Super Bowl, Fashion Week in NYC, and for notables such as Dirk Nowitzki. This diverse blend of seasoned business experience, colored with a proven track record in numerous entertainment ventures, brings a cool factor to Jeff that’s rarely seen in the business and real estate space.

Like most people, Jeff loves traveling with family and friends to distant tropical lands when time permits. If time doesn’t permit, Jeff’s perfectly happy hanging out with family and friends over a great meal and maybe a great film to follow.
