We had the pleasure of using Katie to buy our first home. She worked tirelessly to find the right house (I don’t know if she sleeps). And once we found our house, she helped us find a reasonable and knowledgeable inspector and suggested experts when necessary which saved us some money. Katie was spot on as far as valuation and if we didn’t listen to her, we would have lost the house. As we continue to look for future homes, we will absolutely use Katie again.
