I came across Katie Aspen from a friend that she had sold a house to. I wasn’t in the market for a house but a rental property in Lakewood. I was impressed with her promptness and her knowledge, she was incredibly professional with a nice friendly demeanor. Even though it was a lease she treated me like I was buying. She got us a duplex in Lakewood that as soon as we saw it, we knew it was exactly what we wanted. Can’t wait to use her when we’re ready to buy!!
