Katie was awesome! I was a first time home buyer who knew absolutely NOTHING about the buying process or even really what I wanted. It would have been easy to become discouraged with how quickly houses get snapped up and the limited amount of houses available, but Katie was my cheerleader the entire time, keeping a positive outlook. She was right, in no time at all she found the house for me. She was always a text or phone call away. She is highly organized and not afraid to go to bat for you. When I had issues with my lender she personally made phone calls to help me get it cleared up just in time to close without a hitch. Highly recommend.
