I don’t even know where to start with Katie… She is absolutely amazing at what she does. We spent a year looking for a house with our previous agent. After a short meeting with Katie explaining what we liked, she scheduled 5 visits for us on that next Saturday. David Wyrick went above and beyond with every step of the entire process of helping me find a good investment property and leasing it. As I am out-of-state, I could not physically see the properties and had to have someone I could trust look into them for me. David’s attention to detail and responsiveness to emails were top, which was critical for my particular situation. Once we found a property, David did all the legwork to make sure the deal got finished between suggesting an insurance provider, working with my financing agent, dealing with the seller, handling the inspection, and even getting quotes to handle some of the findings from the inspection. David made the entire experience so much easier than I could’ve expected, and also picked me up at the airport the day of the closing! We closed on the deal less than a month ago.
