There is an interesting article in the Dallas Business Journal this week about a new Dallas development around the Farmers Market. As Candace Carlisle reports in the DBJ, a recent lance purchase by the Good Latimer Expressway is being planned for 340 urban style home apartments, which only increases the overall apartment growth Dallas has seen this year. The article also suggests that this new development seems to be partly due to the $64 million dollar renovation of the Dallas Farmers Market. This area is hot and seems to be taking off.
